I don’t generally go around endorsing products, but I feel motivated to share this with my readers.
For the past couple of years I have been wearing my favorite tie chain, a gift from my daughter, Arianna. Then on a recent trip to Washington, DC it vanished. I try not to be materialistic, but I wear a tie every day and I really liked that tie chain. It was a particularly functional accessory because as a chiropractor I am often bending forward to lift a patient’s head and neck while checking them to see if they need an adjustment. I never wear a clinic jacket because they’re too medical looking and simply don’t belong in a chiropractor’s office; but a dress shirt and tie give a clean, professional look and do just fine. That tie chain used to comfortably keep the tie from falling on and dragging over the patient’s face. Now I admit that it was a small thing, but I really liked that tie chain because of it’s elegant simplicity and one feature in particular. It has a unique “sure snap” clasp that doesn’t fall off the shirt button the way others do. Since I wear a tie in the office every day, I really appreciated that little accessory.
For all these reasons I was just delighted when my daughter sent me two new (one gold and one silver) Aniksdal “Sure-Snap” tie chains for Father’s Day! So for my colleagues or friends that wear a neck tie, here’s a great source: Aniksdal.com

Ohhhhh Myron…..
THAT HAS GOT TO BE ONE OF THE SWEETEST COMPLIMENTS THAT A CUSTOMER HAS EVER GIVEN TO ME!!! Thank you soooo much! Between you and your daughter’s kind emails recently , I’ve have been re-inspired by the amount of kindness that continues to exist, even through the not-so-personal world of online shopping.
I started ANIKSDAL.COM back in 2003 and it has afforded me the ability to be a ‘work-at-home’ business woman, wife and mother to our family of eight. As grateful as I am for this opportunity, I do sometimes miss the interaction of dealing with customers directly, so I can’t thank you enough for giving me back some of that joy.
It has been such a pleasure having you as a customer, and I will continue to do my best at developing quality accessories like the Sure-Snap tie chain.
Ironically enough, I came up with the idea for the Sure-Snap several years ago after another customer from California complained to me about the traditional style of tie chains, which I was selling at the time. Of course, being a woman who doesn’t actually wear men’s apparel accessories, I had to really think ‘outside of the box’! After working on the Sure-Snap idea for several weeks and getting all the parts in place, I sent this particular customer a couple of them to try out. He was extremely impressed, and thus the Sure-Snap design came to be : )
Once again….thank you for taking the time to post such a wonderful write-up about us on your blog and for your genuine kindness and patronage! I greatly look forward to working with you and your daughter (and hopefully some of your readers!) again in the future.
All My Best,
Jessica Tavernit
